Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary

Day 01 :Arrival in Kathmandu (1,334m) (Dinner Included)
As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will be there for your warm welcome and will escort to your hotel. In the evening, you will have a welcome dinner with our staff in one of the typical Nepali restaurants at Thamel. Overnight at Hotel.



Day 02:Kathmandu Sightseeing (1,334m.) (Breakfast Included)
Take your breakfast and get ready for a guided full day sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley. The sightseeing program is focused on introducing some highlights of UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu such as Kathmandu Durbar square, Swoyambhunath ,also known as “Monkey Temple”, Pashupatinath –temple of Lord Shiva and Bouddhanath; a Buddhist place.




Day 03:Drive to Pokhara(820m.) (Breakfast Included)
Early morning we drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara following Trishuli River (200 Km.) which takes 6 hours approx. Pokhara is the starting and ending point of our trekking where we can find many shops, pubs, bars, and restaurant nearby the famous lakes. We will stay overnight in Pokhara.




Day 04:Pokhara to Tikhedhunga( 1,577m.) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
After breakfast, we take a private vehicle and drive to Nayapul (1 hrs). From Nayapul, our walk kicks off and head towards Tikhedhunga. With 4 hours ascending from Nayapul we will reach to today overnight place Tikhedhunga. Overnight at a teahouse.




Day 05:Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,750m.) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day to trek a wonderful village Ghorepani. We resume our trekking from Tikhedhunga and slowly take a ascend trail through Rhododendron forest (National flower of Nepal) and take us to Ghorepani. Overnight in Ghorepani.




Day 06: Visit Poon Hill (3,210m.) and Trek to Tadapani (2,630m.) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Before breakfast, we walk up to Poon Hill; a famous view point of Nepal; which offers a stunning sunrise view with picturesque views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. Then we descend down to Ghorepani where we take our breakfast. After breakfast, our trail descends then ascends, with 7 hours walk from Ghorepani, we reach Tadapani. Overnight.




Day 07:Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,170m.) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Our the trail from Tadapani first ascends through rhododendron forest (national flower of Nepal) then descends which leads us to Chhomrong; a beautiful Gurung settlement on the lap of Annapurna. Chhomrong offers scenic views of Annapurna South, Fishtail and Hiuchuli. Stay overnight in Chhomrung and enjoy the local hospitality.




Day 08: Chhomrung to Himalaya (2,920m.) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
We take breakfast and start our today’s trekking from Chhomrung to Himalaya. The trail first descends to Chomrong Khola, after crossing Chomrong Khola we trek through rhododendron forest and pass a seasonal settlement of Sinuwa. Then we trek to Himalaya via Bamboo and deep gorge. Overnight in Himalaya. (7 hrs approx.)





Day 09: Himalaya to Machhapuchre Base Camp (3,700m.) to Annapurna Base Camp (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Today we take early breakfast, we resume our walk from Himalaya and take a steep up trail to Machhapuchre Base Camp; gateway of the Sanctuary through Hinku Cave. It takes approximately five hours to reach Machhapuchre Base Camp (3,700m.) from Himalaya. From Machhapuchre Base Camp we can enjoy awe-inspiring views of Annapurna III (7,555m.) Hiuchuli and Machhapuchre itself.



From Machhapuchre Base Camp, our trail ascent and gradually takes us to Annapurna Base Camp. ABC offers us the stunning views of majestic mountains like Machhapuchhre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks and we can also watch and listen the Avalanches hurtling down nearby. Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp.




Day 10:Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,310m.) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
We wake early to catch the stunning sunrise view from ABC. After breakfast, we start walking downhill to Bamboo. This day we will walk seven to eight hours to reach Bamboo. Overnight in Bamboo.



Day 11:Trek to Jhinu Danda(1,760m.) from Bamboo (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day to trek Jhinudanda; the hot spring place. Our trail follows the same trail until Chhomrung. From Chhomrung, we descend down to Jhinu Danda; overnight place of the day. In Jhinu Danda, you will have an opportunity to take a dip in natural hot springs. Overnight in Jhinu Danda.



Day 12: Jhinu Danda to Pokhara(820m.) (Breakfast, Lunch Included)
Last day of trekking, from Jhinu Danda we take the trail on the right side of Modi Khola; with four and half hours walk we reach Birethanti; a trail considered for a best and relaxing walk. Upon reaching Nayapul we take an hour drive to Pokhara (City of Lake). Overnight in Pokhara.



Day 13: Drive back Kathmandu (1,334m.) (Breakfast and Dinner Included)
Day to say goodbye Pokhara. We take our bus and drive back to Kathmandu. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, your guide will help you to get to your hotel. The evening will for a farewell dinner with the trek operator Team.

Day 14: Fly back home (Breakfast Included)
Collecting all wonderful memories in Nepal, today is the day to fly back home. Our representative will accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport. See you soon in Nepal.
